SHIPPING POLICY

US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All customers will
receive a confirmation with tracking number via email once order has shipped.

A signature is required to receive hair orders. If your billing and mailing

address do not match, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Note: Shipping cost varies and can depend on quantity, weight, and delivery
location. Shipping will be calculated at the check out process.

International shipping to Canada is available via UPS, rate will be calculated at check out.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of all orders.

All items that are in stock after processing goes out immediately.

Items not in stock will take approximately 10-14 business days to arrive. 

Orders placed on the weekends will take an additional 2 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 3 weeks. Local pick-ups are available if item is in stock.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong hair or what if I receive my order and its not correct?

Once order is placed it cannot be altered or canceled. No refunds
