How can I place an order with Chynelle Hair Company? What type of payments are accepted?
You can securely place your order through our website 24 hours a day,7 days a week. We except many forms of payments including PayPal.
What should I do when I receive my order and its not correct or damaged?

Before opening packaging or unraveling, inspect if its incorrect or damaged leave as is take a pic, contact us by email chynellehaircompany@gmail.com

How will my order be shipped? How much is shipping?

US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All customers will
receive a confirmation with tracking number via email once order has shipped.
A signature is required to receive hair orders. If your billing and mailing address do not match, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS
Note: Shipping cost varies and can depend on quantity, weight, and delivery
location. Shipping will be calculated at the check out process.
International shipping to Canada is available via UPS, see shipping for rates.

When will I receive my order after I pay?

 
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of all orders.
All items that are in stock after processing goes out immediately.
Items not in stock will take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive. 
Orders placed on the weekends will take an additional 2 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 3 weeks. Local pick-ups are available if item is in stock.

How much does each bundle or how many strands per I-tip bundle?
 Each bundle weights 100g. 50 strands per I-Tip bundle 100g

Can the Extensions be flat-ironed, curled, cleansed or colored and still
maintain its original curl pattern?


Yes, our hair extensions can be flat-ironed, curled
cleansed and colored maintaining the original pattern after washing.
